Funny (not so) that after three years of not smoking, every now and then I get that "feeling" in my mouth.Smokers know what I mean, and even those who have quit.I could be involved in something---then wham! I get that hankering to puff on a smoke. After over 30 years of smoking I guess I shouldn't be surprised...it was such a central part of my life, and I arranged most of my activities on smoking and being in a situation where I was able to.Whenever I get that "feeling" though,I mix up a batch of one of my beverages, swish it around in my mouth for about one minute---and the feeling for a cigarette disappears.I also keep in mind that as long as I don't smoke one,I won't smoke two,or three or four.....or twenty.

Having been a substance abuse counselor for over 2o years,I was required to attend many classes and training sessions to keep us up to date with newer information on th ematter of illicit drug use.One particular class comes to mind and concerned the smoking of marijuana and the damage it does to the lungs. The trainer showed a film of two sets of lungs---one healthy and the other marijuana-damaged from long-term smoking. The damaged pair showed horrid whitish stuff covering the surface of the tissue. You know what that stuff was? Fungus. It's caused by smoking marijuana.Need more be said?

What do smokers do when they want to quit?......
Quite by accident a few years ago I stumbled upon the most fantastic thing.I was trying to quit smoking (after 30+ years) and was having a real bad go of it with the nicotine crazies.Messing around in the kitchen one day and looking to stuff my face,I played around with certain fruits and juices just to give my hands something to do.I found that by combining these particular fruits and juices to make beverages actually killed my nicotine cravings within a few moments of having the drink in my mouth.I was truly amazed at this discovery, and was able to quit smoking and get rid of those terrible nicotine cravings that plague so many smokers who have the desire to quit but have failed time and again.By using these juice blends,I became nicotine-free within 5 days,---and with little to no discomfort at all.For real. And I've put my fruit blends together into a recipe book for smokers who are trying to finally quit for good.
Scientists have often said that the cravings are rooted somewhere in the brain, and while this may be so,I firmly believe as a smoker for over 30 years (and a non-smoker for 3 years) that the urge and desperate need for nicotine starts in the mouth.Call it an oral fixation or whatever, if you're a smoker, then you're already familiar with that sensation of when your mouth needs a nicotine fix.Why else would so many aspiring non-smokers try to keep something in their mouths,or even over-eat? I believe that the reason is found in the mouth, and once that stress is interferred with by these fruits and juice blends, you can better adjust to your new life as a non-smoker,hopefully extend your life, and protect the people you love. Can you imagine their faces when they see you've finally quit? I did.My own adult son burst into tears.I even proved my nay-saying mother-in-law wrong.
Another advantage was that I didn't need those useless, dangerous, and expensive pills, tablets, gums, patches, hypnosis tapes,therapists,12-step meetings and whoknowswhatelse---any longer. Fruits aren't dangerous,(unless you're allergic or have other reasons for not eating or drinking it),are affordable even if you've only got a few dollars to spare, and they're found in every supermarket, grocery store, fruit stand, and health food joint. You don't need a doctor's prescription, referral,or health insurance either.Fruits are healthy, detoxifying, and add necessary nutrients and vitamins that nicotine cancels out the moment the smoker adds it to the bloodstream. All you need is the willingness,a pitcher, some glasses,a few ingredients---and the fruit you will use to kick your own butts.
A little bit about "Kick Your Butt Goodbye".....
It's not any good-looking piece of work since I'm not interested in appearances. We have a common goal, and that's to get you cigarette-free,right? It has front and back wipe-clean plastic transparent covers with a plastic binder, and the pages are printed only on one side.I did this deliberately so that you can add your own notes on the reverse, make your own blends and notes, and journal your progress if you like. The collection is $8.97 plus free shipping (US orders only; Hawaii and Puerto Rico not included, sorry) and I accept PayPal,money order, and bank check (US funds).
If you're frustrated of trying to quit with no results....if you're sick and tired of being sick and tired....if you're ready to get that cigarette need out of your mouth---then send me an email.
"Kick Your Butt Goodbye"---start kickin' it for good this time.
